Who it is for
Three situations this is built for
-
First-time filers
Registered but never filed, and the first return is now the one that sets every position afterwards.
-
Groups with several entities
Different year ends, intercompany charges, and a question about whether to form a tax group.
-
Businesses changing advisor
A position was taken last year that you want reviewed before it is repeated.
How it runs
Three stages, start to filed
-
Review
Position review
We check the licence, the structure and the last filed position before touching the numbers.

Not included
What the fee does not cover
Listed because a scope is only clear when both halves are written down. Each of these is available; none is assumed.

- Statutory audit of the financial statements
- Representation in a dispute or litigation
- Transfer pricing documentation files
Questions we get
Answered plainly.
Yes. Registration and filing are separate from paying. A loss year still needs a return, and filing it is how the loss is carried forward to offset a future year.
Yes, and it is common. We review what has already been filed before we agree a scope, because an earlier position we disagree with is cheaper to correct now than to defend later.
